The Strategy

The purpose of the Holkham Estate Strategy is to identify where the estate can be more successful and to describe the steps the estate will take to achieve its objectives.

This is important in an organisation that has many different business activities which do not always appear related. The aim is to establish clear objectives which, in turn, will ensure consistent decision-making, efficiency and improved performance.
