Holiday Bookings and Guest Services Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Holiday Bookings and Guest Services Manager, who is responsible for driving holiday bookings and managing reception, retail and housekeeping operations. 

Pinewoods is an award-winning holiday park situated in a beautiful location close to the iconic Wells beach.  Our five star graded park offers a combination of caravan holiday homes to buy, holiday homes and lodges and touring caravan pitches.  Pinewoods also manages Wells beach and its beach huts and the Wells Beach Bus service. 

If you have experience of successful team management, enjoy a busy and challenging position, then this may be for you.  You will have exceptional customer service skills, ideally from a similar environment as well as experience in managing budgets and pricing strategies.

We are looking for someone that genuinely will live our Behaviours.  This means we are looking for someone who will lead from the front, set high standards for the team, be highly professional and take a coaching style of leadership.
