The Lookout Café Manager

We are on the ‘lookout’ for a Café Manager for The Lookout, our well-loved café and visitor centre on the Holkham National Nature Reserve. This café attracts walkers, birdwatchers and beach-goers throughout the year.

The Lookout Manager is responsible for managing the café team to deliver the agreed commercial performance. This role will have budget and P&L responsibility to deliver in line with our ambitions.
