Chalk Hill Farm Barns – phase 2

Chalk Hill Farm Barns sit in beautiful rolling countryside to the east of Warham village. A complex of former farm buildings, a two-phase project has seen them converted into ten new homes. In phase one, historic, Grade II listed barns from the late 18th and early 19th century became seven contemporary homes. Phase two has seen a further traditional barn converted into a two-bedroom home and the old cattle sheds into two modern dwellings.

The estate partnered with Bryan Williams, a north Norfolk barn specialist, to convert these former agricultural buildings into highly sustainable and quality homes. The project has been overseen by local architect Ian Cable.
