Stephen and Catherine Temple’s dairy farm has a herd of curious, playful Brown Swiss cows, whose milk is just perfect for cheese-making. With cheeses named after local villages, the delicious range includes ‘Binham Blue’, ‘Copys Cloud’ soft cheese, ‘Gurney’s Gold’ soft cheese, ‘Walsingham’ hard, mature cheese, ‘Wells Alpine’ continental style cheese and ‘Wighton’ fresh tangy soft cheese.
