Catalyst Farming
In collaboration with four other farms, a data specialist has been employed to help reduce our use of artificial inputs as well as increase efficiencies of how we farm. Applying fertiliser is our biggest source of carbon emissions on the farm so we are trying to find the perfect balance between reducing the amount that we use and maintaining crop yield (the amount of food a field produces).
