What’s on
Bat chat and trek
Please note this event is SOLD OUT
Holkham Park is home to a whole host of species. One, which is rarely seen by our visitors, is our thriving bat community. As the sun begins to fade, join us for a talk and walk, with our expert ecologist, Phil Parker.
Explore the historic woodland surrounding Holkham lake and spot these fascinating creatures in flight, with the help of ultrasonic bat detectors and a thermal imaging camera.
Please bring a torch and wear sensible footwear as the route will be over uneven terrain. On arrival please enter via the North Gates using the postcode NR23 1RH and proceed to the Estate Office Car Park.
