Wellbeing Walks

During the colder months when the days are shorter and the skies are greyer, it can be easy to begin to feel a little blue. To help combat this, why not join our free wellbeing walks on the third Tuesday of each month for a daily dose of fresh air and good conversation.

2025:

Tuesday 21st January – Holkham Beach
Tuesday 18th February – Wells Beach
Tuesday 18th March – Holkham Park
Tuesday 21st October – Holkham Beach
Tuesday 18th November – Wells Beach
Tuesday 16th December – Holkham Park

Each walk will be a circular route, lasting roughly 90 minutes. You can expect a mixture of terrains as we explore each location. Feel free to bring your dog with you if you wish.

There is no need to book, just turn up at the designated location at 9.55am for a 10am start.

Wells Beach – meet outside Wells Beach Café
Holkham Beach – meet at The Lookout Cafe
Holkham Park – meet outside Visitor Reception
